Founded in 2022, Youth Empowering Service CIC (YES CIC) is a forward-thinking, trauma-informed social enterprise dedicated to empowering young people and strengthening communities. We specialise in delivering innovative programmes that address anti social behaviour via detached programmes, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), promote positive behaviour, and support mental health and well-being.
Our multidisciplinary team brings expertise in youth work, education, sport, safeguarding, and disabilities, enabling us to create tailored solutions for the challenges faced by young people today. From mentoring and behaviour support to safeguarding training and family-focused activities, we are committed to fostering resilience, reducing anti-social behaviour, and inspiring positive change.
At YES CIC, we believe in the power of connection, collaboration, and empowerment. By working closely with schools, community groups, and families, we strive to build brighter futures for young people and the communities they belong to. Together, we create opportunities for everyone to thrive.
From April 2022, YES CiC has delivered fun and engaging activities on behalf of Friends of Springfield Park and ensured all young people in attendance had access to a free meal and drink.
